lets talk collectors edition

so, did you buy LotRO CE? i did.
what did u think about it? i dont mind the cardboard sleeves so much but i wouldnt mind one of the newer big spindle DVD boxes. i liked the extra maps, and the smaller map has great detail but because of its size and colors its hard to read. i would love to see that blown up as a downloadable art pic.

did you guys watch the making of DVD that was bundled with the soundtrack? that making of made my CE worth it for me and im actually a little disappointed that MoM wont have one. i loved watching the behind the scenes of the concept artists creating the games look. i enjoyed listening to jeffrey steefel talk about the books and the lore. its probably too late at this time to petition for one but maybe they will do a little downloadable behind the scenes making of MoM.

you hear that patience? go tell everyone get to work on that.

so, of course i’ll be buying the CE MoM box. it just feels like LotRO was made for me. i love it, its gaming candy.

Questions on Crafting

Hey guys, sorry if this is posted elsewhere on the boards but I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to look atm. I just had a few simple questions regarding crafting.

1. In terms of how you craft, or how the system of crafting works, is it similar to any other games out there?

2. I guess this would be answered with question 1 but, is the crafting involving or is it simple?

3. How many crafting professions can you have?

So far thats it if I think of any more I’ll come back and post them. I appreciate any replies! :D

Abandoning a house - Swapping neighborhoods?

So here’s my dilemma. Most of my kin just bought new houses in a neighborhood that recently opened up. Someone had already bought the house at the address I’m currently in (I’m in a different neighborhood), but is gracious enough to essentially "swap neighborhoods" with me (I’m paying for the cost of both houses).

Does anyone know how long the wait is between when a house is abandoned and when it is available for purchase? I had hoped we could stand in front of each other’s houses, abandon them, then immediately purchase them, but it appears this isn’t the case. I would really like to join my kin neighborhood (and keep my address) but would also feel awful if the person I’m swapping with ends up not being able to get the same house in my current neighborhood.

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

How do I move my pet bar?

Hi,
I just made a lore-master after reactivating my account. Now I just got my Raven but I want to move my pet bar to the right side of the screen because I have my chat bar over where the pet bar currently is. So how do I move the whole pet bar instead of just dragging the skills around?

With more than 26,000 attendees last year for Gen Con in Indianapolis, Indiana, this year’s event is expected to be even bigger and better! This will be an event to remember so be sure to get out there and enjoy!
