Online Gaming Radio Coverage - Fan Faire 2008(4)
SOE Fanfaire 2008 is just around the corner. The events run August 14-17th and Online Gaming Radio will be there!
Tune in and join Akira, Luxx, Dellmon, and Zanadi as they broadcast live from the Las Vegas Hilton. Individual recordings and interviews will take place at random times during the event. Additionally we have some very exciting news!
For those who enjoyed it last year, Online Gaming Radio will again be offering live VIDEO feed coverage! This will include video from SOE round table discussions and those attending the different live events.
The Online Gaming Radio staff attending Fan Faire will also be hosting the radio stream at several points throughout the trip. Our official "Fan Faire show" times will be announced on Friday for the Saturday airing however it will be conducted straight from the floor of Fan Faire. This year we will not be manning a booth, however we will be ransacking other booths and making our rounds. Our presence should be easy to spot, look for the guys in the white OGRe shirts lugging a laptop and video equipment. Make sure to stop us and say, Hello! Who knows what kind of goodies you can get out us.
If you can’t attend Fan Faire this year, you can at least be a part of the event remotely! Visit our website at different points during the event for full coverage of interviews, podcasts, pictures, and game reviews. When we are not streaming a live scheduled show or live video coverage, remain tuned in for the periodic updates and recaps on our main audio stream.

Updating to Gracia - Part 1
Welcome to The 2nd Throne - Gracia - Part 1!
There are several methods available for updating to the Gracia - Part 1 update.
- Update your game client through the game updater.
- Download the PTS to Live Conversion file from the official web site if you played on the Gracia - Part 1 Public Test Server. Be sure to “Check Files” to make sure you download all necessary files.
- Later today, you will also be able to download the full Gracia - Part 1 game client from FilePlanet and GamersHell.
Please be aware that your characters will be moved to the closest village during the server downtime in preparation for the Gracia - Part update. Chaotic characters will be re-located outside of the nearest village or to Floran Village.
From August 12 - 26, 2008, Gatekeepers in every town are offering discounted teleport prices for all characters (this is separate from the free teleports offered to players who are level 39 and below).

I am hoping to get some insight from seasoned Champions in the Moors to add to my field guide. This is a Cliff-notes style guide, so make the advice statements concise. Please be constructive.
- Champion
- Charge slightly in front of the rest of the group when a push is called
- Sound the attack is Yours, and everyone elses best friend…use it alot
- When on the defensive, pick a squishy target such as low morale LM/hunter, or the minstrel and be ready. The instant you see a warg pounce, use Battle-Frenzy and Sound the Attack, then proceed to kill the warg.
- Use Hamstring to slow a target that is trying to escape- Recomended Traits
- Class
- Heavy shield use, Fervent rage, Braced against defeat, and deadly strikes are key..the 5th slot is mostly preferential- Virtues
- Morale, Morale, Morale…and shadow resist.- Legendary
- Controlled burn, then either: Ferocious strikes, or Raging Blade depending on if you expect to be fighting many creeps at once, or a single creep.- Specific Enemy Notes
- Wargs
- Watch for them to pounce someone near, if they do, Battle-frenzy and Sound the Attack.- Reaver
- Hamstring if at all possible during charge.- Black Arrow
- If you see the moving target buff, cut loose with everything you’ve got. Your virtually the only hope of taking him down in the next 30 seconds.- War Leader
- Clobber, Clobber, Clobber…it should never be ready to use against a WL.- Defiler
- You can generally just DPS a defiler down, either you have enough people hitting to interupt any inductions at all, or the HoTs will out heal your damage.- Player Trolls
- Unless burning it down, just try to avoid it…

Hallöchen zusammen,
ganz kurz als Vorstellung: ich bin Eovania, die deutschsprachige Community Betreuerin. Zur Zeit betreue ich die Spiele EQII, Vanguard, PlanetSide und Legends of Norrath.
Letztes Jahr gab es ein paar deutschsprachige Spieler welche sich auf den Weg nach Las Vegas aufmachten. Es wäre toll wenn wir uns alle an einem bestimmten Tag/Zeit dieses Jahr auf der Fan Faire treffen könnten um zu sehen wie viele aus dem deutschsprachigem Raum teilnehmen! 
Meldet euch hier im Forum und sendet mir eine E-mail mit dem Betreff (Spiel) Fan Faire 2008 (Land), stellt euch kurz vor und gebt mir bescheid von wann bis wann ihr ca. dort seid.
Ich hoffe wir bekommen ein paar Leute zusammen, aus EQII haben bereits ein paar zugesagt.
